Dalton Real Estate — Established 1987

Founded in 1987 by Emmett Dalton, Dalton Real Estate began as a resource for homeowners with little or no equity—offering an honest solution through low compensation rates and full-service representation.

Melissa Dalton, obtained her Real Estate Broker's License in 2009 and followed her the business model of offering Full Service Flat Fee Listings, Home Buyer Rebate Programs and Entry-Only Listings in the MLS.  We provide clients with full-service support, professional MLS placement and complete representation. 

With nearly 40 years of full-time experience, we specialize in residential sales, estates, luxury homes, land, rentals, property management, commercial properties, and business opportunities.
