How does a buyer agent concession /rebate actually work?
A buyer agent concession is money your agent credits back to you at closing. When you purchase a home, a portion of the sale price covers fees paid to the agents involved. In California, this is typically around 2.5% of the home’s sale price per agent.
We will rebate our clients up to 90% of that concession at the close of escrow — putting real savings back in your pocket.
Whether you find your dream home on your own or work closely with one of our experienced agents, we’re with you every step of the way until closing.
Our priority is helping you secure the right home at the right price — with fairness, professionalism, and integrity guiding every decision.
As working with any other larger brokerage, our clients need to sign a Buyer-Broker Agreement in order to obtain their Buyer Rebate. We do not require our buyer's to pay us a concession. We will negotiate this during the purchase process with the Seller and their agent with the Seller paying. Please Refer to the NAR Settlement Guidelines.
Whether our team assists you in finding a home, or you find the home on your own, our buyers receive buyer rebates of up to 90% of our concession.
When you locate a home to make an offer on contact us if you are working on your own otherwise our team will be working with you to obtain your dream home. Rebates assist each client with knowing money is coming to them at escrow closing.
Brokerages in California pay the buyer's agent a 2.5% commission fee paid for by the seller. My brokerage can share our commission with our clients in the form of a check at close of escrow or cash. This is tax-free and there are no fees associated with this rebate. Your refund is received at close of escrow, no waiting.
