NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS

  • On March 15, 2024, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) announced a landmark lawsuit settlement that will affect the real estate agent commission structure.  The changes will go into effect on August 17, 2024.   


  • We will continue to offer buyer rebates once the law has been implemented.   The Compensation Field in the MLS will be removed, and commissions will be negotiated.   Read the FAQ's regarding the new policy change. 


  • Alert:  News laws will require action from Landlords.  Certain documents must be provided to tenants, or the Landlord is subjected to fines and penalties.  Email us today for the required forms to be in compliance.
